Program & Delivery

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Drives complex, cross-team technical execution end to end.

TPMs own delivery of technically complex, cross-functional programs — infra migrations, platform launches, multi-team product bets. They translate ambiguous strategy into a plan engineers trust, unblock dependencies, and make the tradeoffs visible to leadership.

  • Concrete delivery stories with scope, teams, and outcome
  • Ability to explain the technical why, not just the plan
  • Comfort with ambiguity — creates structure, doesn't wait for it
  • Written communication samples (docs, updates, retros)

  • Run program-level standups, risk reviews, and executive updates
  • Break work into milestones across 3–15+ engineering teams
  • Track dependencies, unblock decisions, and escalate crisply
  • Own launch readiness, rollout, and post-launch retros
